Always Home is a smart intercom and call routing solution designed to help users manage access to their property. It provides a dedicated phone number that, when called (e.g., by a building intercom), simultaneously rings multiple trusted contacts designated by the user.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: facilitating short, necessary communication for home access and visitor management.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Specifically, any reported or detected use of the Service for harassment, spam, or abuse will result in immediate termination.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the reliability, timeliness, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will function perfectly with every building intercom system.
In no event shall Always Home, its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
