Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our service.

1. Description of Service

Always Home is a smart intercom and call routing solution designed to help users manage access to their property. It provides a dedicated phone number that, when called (e.g., by a building intercom), simultaneously rings multiple trusted contacts designated by the user.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: facilitating short, necessary communication for home access and visitor management.

Prohibited Activities

You strictly agree NOT to use the Service for:

  • Harassment or Abuse: Making repeated, unwanted, or threatening calls to any person.
  • Mass Dialing/Spam: Using the service for telemarketing, robocalls, or broadcasting messages to large groups.
  • Illegal Activities: Facilitating any criminal activity or violating any applicable laws.
  • Extended Duration Calls: The Service is not designed for long conversations. Calls are intended to be brief interactions. Voice usage exceeding 60 minutes per month may be subject to additional charges or require a business subscription.
  • Account Cycling: Deleting, recreating, or sharing accounts in order to obtain additional Always Home numbers beyond what is assigned to your login.

3. Number Assignment & Restoration

Each subscriber receives a dedicated Always Home number that is tracked to their authenticated login so we can route calls correctly and prevent fraud. Because the number is bound to your account, reinstalling the app or switching devices does not release it—we restore it automatically as soon as you sign back in. If your subscription lapses, we release the number immediately and delete your account profile and contacts. However, if you delete your account while your subscription is active, we retain the number assignment until the subscription expires, allowing you to reclaim it if you return. Once the subscription period ends, the number is released and can only be restored on a best-effort basis.

Deleting your account triggers our secure deletion workflow, clearing your contacts and personal data from our databases. A minimal record of your active subscription and number assignment remains until the subscription expires, and historical logs remain with our subscription management provider so we can recognize your account in the future and enforce telecom policies. Attempting to bypass this tracking in order to stockpile numbers or abuse the service may result in suspension or a permanent ban.

4. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Specifically, any reported or detected use of the Service for harassment, spam, or abuse will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.

5. Subscriptions and Refunds

  • Subscriptions: Service is provided on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annual) managed through your device's App Store (Apple or Google Play).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings. Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective App Store.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the reliability, timeliness, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will function perfectly with every building intercom system.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Always Home, its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Contact Us

Support is available through the "Contact Support" option inside the Always Home app. We do not provide a direct support email, and a customer web login with more options will be released soon.
