We collect and store the contact information (names and numbers) you submit through our contact portal. When you subscribe we also record the Always Home phone number we assign to you (DID), its region, and the provisioning/release events tied to your authenticated account ID so we can operate the service and audit abuse. For customers interested in countries we don't yet service, we collect email addresses for our waitlist.
This DID history is restored from our subscription management provider whenever you sign back in so we can recognize prior assignments. It never includes your personal email or payment information, only the app-specific identifier required to operate your subscription.
All subscription and payment processing is handled directly by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not collect, store, or process any payment information on our systems.
We rely on trusted processors to deliver the service:

Keeping an active subscription ensures your Always Home number follows you. Because it is tied to your login, reinstalling the app or signing in on a new device does not release the number—we automatically restore it when you authenticate. If your subscription lapses, we release the number immediately. However, if you delete your account while your subscription is still active, we retain the number assignment until the subscription period expires. This ensures that if you sign back in before your subscription ends, your number will be automatically restored.
We track which DIDs are assigned to each login to prevent cycling accounts to stockpile numbers, and repeated abuse can result in suspension or a permanent ban. Deleting and recreating accounts does not remove the historical link between your login and the numbers used with that login. This safeguard helps us prevent spam and comply with carrier policies while still honoring deletion requests.
You can delete your account and associated contact data directly within the app settings. We run a secure deletion workflow that purges all user-entered data (such as contacts and device names) from our databases. However, to support our number restoration guarantee, we retain a minimal record of your subscription and assigned number until your paid subscription period expires. Once the subscription ends, this link is severed, and the number is released.
We retain a minimal DID assignment log tied to your authenticated account ID so we can continue to detect abuse and comply with telecom requirements. When you sign back in, our subscription management provider restores that log and we once again see the numbers previously linked to the account. No email addresses or payment card details are stored in this log. Subscription cancellations alone do not delete your account data, allowing you to reactivate service later if desired.
Support is provided through the "Contact Support" option inside the Always Home app. We do not offer a direct support email today, and the upcoming web login will introduce additional self-service options soon.
