When you join Always Home, you receive a welcome email with instructions and a link to your secure contact admin portal that will display your dedicated local phone number. This unique number is the link between your door panel and contact list, ensuring you never miss a knock. Contact updates take place within seconds of being saved on the web portal and outbound calls are initiated simultaneously within milliseconds of your dedicated phone number being called.

2. Update Your Door Panel

Ask your building manager or strata to update your building intercom with this new telephone number. This simple update is the key to connecting the dots, ensuring that whenever someone buzzes in, the call reaches the right people. Pick up the phone and say hello to our advanced machine detection as if it were a regular phone call. If it is unable to detect a human, it will prompt to press 9 in your native language. This ensures calls are not connected to voice mail.

3. Manage Your Contacts

Take control of your guest list with our secure easy-to-use web based contacts form. Simply add users by entering a phone number and optional nickname, then press "Save Contacts." Whether it's friends, family, or a trusted neighbor, you decide who's invited to the call party. Plus, you can easily add, remove or disable contacts anytime, keeping your door's guest list fresh and up-to-date.
